All the New Walmart Decor to Check Out This Summer 2024

Let’s go check out the new Walmart decor. During our field trip, we’ll check out Walmart’s home decor for summer. Walmart has certainly upped its game! It’s high-end and elegant and all for less. Let’s go!

1. Candleholders

My eye went directly to these natural wood candleholders in varying sizes.

This is intended to be a vase but I also think it would be a fun candleholder.

2. Trays

Look at these pretty trays in different sizes and textures.

You can easily paint or stain these wood trays.

Look at this vignette I created in the store–a tray with candleholders and faux flowers.

3. Art

If you want to add a little bit of blue for summer, here’s a pretty print.

4. Vases

These are all so versatile and would look great filled with flowers or standing on their own on a console table.

5. Caning and woven pieces

Look at these poufs.

This jar is enveloped in caning.

6. Pillows

I love the blue pillows but also look at the floral designs and stripes. Pair them up for textures.

There are reversible pillows–a plaid on one side, and a solid on the other.

7. Rugs

You’ll find neutrals for year-round.

Here’s a runner for your kitchen sink or bathroom.

Welcome mats look beautifully layered.

8. Bedding

There’s quite the selection now, from floral sets to textured, waffle, and quilted designs. Some sets come with a comforter and a throw. If it’s all too much pattern, add some white bedding.

9. Dishtowels

Hang them from racks or use them as an anchor for your vignettes. They come in packs or singles to mix and match. The coordinating sets include mini mits.

10. Dinnerware

This is my favorite section. They come in sets or singles so you can create your own set.

Of course, I played with some pieces to create some sets. Look at these mixes and matches:

11. Baskets

Here’s a new one for summer. It’s so textured and it’s very large.

Other baskets would be great on the bottom shelf of a console table.

12. Wood bins

These bins would be great storage stacked in a kitchen to store summer fruits and veggies. The bins could be painted, too.

13. Lamps

Brand-new summer styles include glass, brass, and textured bases. Pair them with woven shades.

The small ones would look great on a kitchen counter next to some greenery–here are a few ideas.

14. Greenery

There’s a wide variety of faux greenery potted up in cute vases.

Or go for your own arrangements with unpotted faux stems.

15. Crockery

These are vases but you could also use them to hold your kitchen utensils.

16. Outdoor furniture

Look at this fabulous loveseat. The neutral colors pair with summer colors. There are matching chairs.

Use an outdoor rug to anchor the outdoor pieces you buy. There are colors and neutrals. You’ll find 8-foot by 10-foot rugs and also 5-foot by 7-foot choices.

I’m going to play for a few minutes with their huge selection of affordable outdoor pillows.

A fun palm broken up with solid blue and plaid

Vibrant red with solid yellow and stripe

17. Planters

I love two-toned looks and textured pots for narrow spaces.

Here are modern ceramic planters. You can use it indoors, too. Or create a vignette with faux succulents, Spanish moss, and some foam to hold it all in place for a succulent garden.

These ceramic planters are modern and sleek.

Here’s a planter set attached to a tray. You can use it as a utensil holder, too.

18. Summer outdoor dinnerware and serving trays

You can go from plain and neutral to vibrant and colorful. Mix and match, of course, and here are some ideas. Add a few pitchers to your mix, as well.

19. Galvanized tub

This is a beautiful piece for year-round use. There are coordinating two-tiered serving trays, as well.

There’s a matching serving bowl but you can also use it as a planter.

20. Baskets

If you don’t like the metal look, go for this faux wicker or rattan look. Pieces include trays, cake stands, and more.
