One of the key advantages of sheer curtains as closet door replacements is their ability to create a soft and airy ambiance in any room.

Unlike solid doors, sheer curtains add texture and visual interest without blocking off the space, making your closet feel more integrated into the overall design of the room. Additionally, their effortless style makes them suitable for a variety of decor styles, from modern to traditional.

I love the idea of the sheer ones but then would pretty much see whats behind them as my clothes are either colourful or dark ..but think sheer look softer and prettier, just my thoughts on them 😊

I did this on a closet..the curtains are sheer but have a 'cotton ball' pattern on them that also match the curtains on my bedroom windows. I have never 'looked back' for the bifold doors! They slide closed easily on the rod that is hidden inside the door frame.
