Outdoor Dining & Summer Tablescape With a Sophisticated Blue Theme

Hi everyone! In this video, I'm bringing all the fun outdoors and sharing how you can refresh your outdoor space with items from JCPenney.

You guys know that JCPenney is one of my favorite go-tos to shop for convenience and variety all in one place, saving me time to spend with family and friends.

If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen where I gave our covered lanai a refresh and replaced our three-panel sliding glass doors to open up the entire wall. This makes it easy for us to entertain at a moment's notice!

And this is where we dine - our dining table seats 10 people comfortably.

I'm getting ready to wash everything down and set the table.

Tablecloth

This water-repellent rectangle tablecloth was my choice for the dining table. It's the Outdoor Oasis stripe tablecloth, and it really looks like cloth!

It has certainly made our table look a lot nicer with the cheery colors, and it matches the colors inside our home.

Placemats

I also added these placemats that I've had for years. I always like to place them out when I'm having gatherings to see what I need ahead of time.

Dishware

I'm also setting the table with the Outdoor Oasis melamine-swirled dinner plates and salad bowls.

They come in a set of four, they are dishwasher safe, and they are perfect for that coastal-themed setting.

Centerpiece

For my table centerpiece, I'm bringing the indoors out with a pair of my ginger jars and another smaller base, both used with tulips inside that add a sweet pop of color.

I often aim for pieces that have a common theme with my existing indoor pieces.

Flatware

I'm using disposable flatware - I got them a few years ago and I'm so sorry I forgot where! - and I purposely set each setting with one blue and the other grey for interest.

Both sets pull out the colors from the tablecloth, and it's helpful that no one will pick up the wrong utensil.

Glassware

Serving wine? The Oasis tinted stackable 4-piece wine glass is a great idea for entertaining outdoors. If someone accidentally drops it, it's okay - it's durable and unbreakable!

The same goes for the Outdoor Oasis ombre pitcher and the matching four-piece ombre highball glasses - perfect for indoor and outdoor entertaining, yet elegant and very affordable.

Storage
